Returns
The company is happy to accept returns of most items within 30 days of the invoice date provided the
package is unopened and in good re saleable condition.
NO RETURNS ON SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS, MANUALS or TOOLS.
No returns on items that have been opened and/or used.
We are not Mercury Marine nor are we an authorized servicing Mercury Dealer.

Please email our Returns department at outdriveparts@bellsouth.net for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Your email should include your name, order number, the quantity of items you wish to return and the reason for the return. We will reply within 42 hours in most cases.
The company will refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
Returns must be sent via UPS®, FedEx® or any courier that issues a tracking number. Please e-mail tracking numbers to outdriveparts@bellsouth.net.
All items must be returned in "as-new" condition, in original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Once the return is received, please allow 15-30 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
Replacements
The company will replace most defective products within 30 days of the invoice date. If you would like a replacement, please email outdriveparts@bellsouth.net for an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received an RMA number, follow the instructions for returning the product. Then, email your order number and RMA number to outdriveparts@bellsouth.net. We will ship you a replacement as soon as the defective product is received by our warehouse.
Warranty Policy
